Reenactors were scheduled to simulate a combat jump from a Beechcraft C-45 Expeditor using military round parachutes...High winds at altitude forced the cancellation of the event while they were in the air...One jumper did not get the word, and egressed the aircraft...Having little control over his canopy, he landed where the wind took him, on top of a vendor's tent...He suffered a broken leg as a result, but was treated on the spot by EMT's dressed in period uniforms...
