Loyal viewers have my profound apologies for the lateness of this entry...Technical difficulties arose with Truckman's photo equipment at this show causing unprecedented editing difficulties...More photos will be added to this album as time and Truckman's dwindling energies permit...































































































































































It remains unknown at this time whether the front seat passenger was napping, tying his bootlaces or checking his mess kit for an extra sandwich...But it is known that these old military jeeps could carry far more than their rated weight capacity...



The US Coast Guard put on a good demonstration of its rescue techniques...In live action this is done under the most extreme weather conditions with many victims awaiting their turn in the basket...They are a Godsend...








Texas Raiders takes to the air...









One of the ubiquitous AT-26 training aircraft in which citizen/airmen became pilots...




I've always liked the little Oscar Deuce with its two inline propellers...Almost unarmed except for their service revolvers strapped to their chests, these pilots hovered over Vietnam battlefields for hours directing fire, re-supply and rescue operations for ground combat units...
